Memorial Day reminds us that freedom comes with a price.
We understand that price and cannot express deeply enough our appreciation to those who have accepted that price by sacrificing their lives to defend our freedom and support our nation’s allies.
To the surviving families of these soldiers, an equal measure of sincere gratitude and abiding respect.
One war is too many and our world has experienced far too many.
The courage of our soldiers and their families should be honored everyday but most especially on MEMORIAL DAY.
