The rivalry that is featured in the last regular season match up of MVO: The Voice-Over Guy’s 2015 NFL Showdown has been “on” since 1961.
You can say that it’s because Green Bay and Minnesota are geographically close or because both teams are in the same division. But things only truly got interesting when Green Bay’s “retired” quarterback, Brett Favre, un-retired himself and showed up in a Minnesota uniform. That went over about as well as a fart in church.
So we will end the regular season with one of the league’s most intense rivalries even though Minnesota supporter BOB SOUER and Green Bay fan PETER K. O’CONNELL have been pals for years and they will remain so even after Green Bay crushes Minnesota like a grape (again). 😉
